The Billings Builders Exchange, Inc., was organized in January 1950, and incorporated as a nonprofit Montana Corporation in February 1951. Under the Articles and Bylaws of the Corporation, the responsibility to the membership is vested in the eight officers and directors elected from the Membership and general operation of the Exchange is under the supervision of the Secretary-Manager appointed by them. Facilities for material take-off and advertising of construction projects, including publication of the Weekly Bulletin and Newsletter have been provided by the Exchange and its offices since its inception. The publication is now available on our web site under the Plans Center, for all subscribers in Montana, Wyoming and surrounding states.
