Upload project documents electronically to Builders Exchange using our Electronic File Submission Tool. (Builders Exchange accepts paper copies of documents as well).

Once you have identified how you would like to submit your documents (Hard Copy or Electronic) if you are uploading plans to Builders Exchanges you can upload them at the following
link. This will transmit your documents to Montana's Independent Exchanges in Billings, Bozeman, Butte, Great Falls, Helena, Missoula, and Kalispell. If you submit the documents electronically using the Electronic File Submission Tool, we will print out a hard copy for use by our members in the Exchange.

- PDF (We recommend unlocked), dwf, tiff

Documents are processed and uploaded to our website for solicitation for bids.

We can manage plan-holders list electronically as well as reduce the number of hard copy documents required to bid the job. There is no cost to use these features as they will allow for quickly transmitting the documents for bidding as well as communicating with bidders Including notification of addenda and project changes.
